I have been to Bali multiple times over the years prior to joining the Yelp community. They are a very friendly and the food is delicious.
I tend to order the Hainanese Chicken and Soya Sauce Chicken. Their pork dish is also very nice. I generally go on Sundays which is a very busy time for them. Their Soya Sauce Chicken is one of their most popular dishes on their menu so sometimes they run out. Their fish soup is also a decent option for one to try compared to the other side dishes they have to accompany your main meal.
The seating is comfortable and the lighting is decent. Parking on Sunday is not too bad as the surrounding stores are closed. I am not sure about during the week days. -

I have been to Bali 10+ times with family and friends as the food is simply outstanding given the price. Having tried most dishes on their menu, the flavours are consistent, authentic and well seasoned. However, my experience has been staled by the TERRIBLE customer service. I've simply never seen anything quite like it. However, I'm loyal to my food, so I would give this place 4 stars for that, but the horrendous service truly does bump it down to a 2 as it leaves a sour taste in your mouth.
Let's start with positives :
1) Tom Yum Soup Fish Noodle
THE BEST. TOM YUM. SOUP. EVER. Perfectly sour and sweet, the pieces of fish are generous and simply melt in your mouth. The aromatic soup leaves you always wanting more and the noodles glisten and are super soft.
2) Any of their Curries
Not bad - most have a coconut like flavour (especially the Green curry) and is fairly spicy. I would say this dish is perfect when shared as if not, it can get quite boring. It really just is curry and meat with a couple of peppers. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND adding a roti to your dish as it tastes out of this world, not like any other roti I've ever had. Perfect to add when you can't quite finish your curry with rice.
3) Hainanese Chicken Rice
Authentic perfection. Rice is marinated well and chicken wasn't dry.
Okay I can go on and on about the menu items but you really can't go wrong with any of the options. NOW FOR THE SERVICE.
My two-top went during the lunch rush, so the 2 waitresses were running around like crazy. I've been here enough to know that the skinnier lady is very kind and accommodating, while the chubbier one is EXTREMELY RUDE. She yells at all her customers in angry cantonese... even the caucasian ones? The table next to us were HELLA confused lmao. Now, service this day was extremely slow and I saw multiple tables get frustrated. The 3-top beside us had an order be missed, and it didn't come until the other 2 people finished their meal so they were forced to pack it to-go. I asked for water and they only gave it to me after I asked FOUR different times... 30 minutes later. The worst part was when a party of 6 came in, and mind you, we JUST got our curry, the server tried to rush us to leave as they needed this table. She tried to take my curry away and pack it to go when I said "no no no..." and she just responded with angry cantonese. The language barrier made it really hard to communicate. Mind you, our table was at the door, so while the waiters were clearing our plates and rushing us, the 6-top people were breathing us down so it was quite a TERRIBLE experience, and we left with most of our food packed. Working in the restaurant business myself, I cannot imagine
1. having a party of 3 come in with 1 person having their order missed and having to stare at his counterparts eat while he had to take it to go at the end
2. yelling at my caucasian customers in mandarin
3. clearing a table's plates when they aren't done their meal and having other guests stand 1 m beside the table waiting for you to leave
4. taking 30 minutes to get 1 glass of water and mind you the restaurant is pretty small like i'm trying to be empathetic but I think that's do-able...
Sigh... I hate to say this but I would still come again because the food is to-die for but I would avoid dining in as well I end up getting take-out anyways cause THEY B RUSHING U. Or, try your best to come outside of lunch rush and talk to the skinnier waitress, she a nice lady. -

The day we went for lunch it was an unusually hot autumn day and the AC was not working as it should. Therefore, it kept getting hotter the longer we were there. It wasn't unbearable but definitely not cool like we would've liked it to be.
The Singapore Laksa didn't have a whole lot of flavour. Just looking at it you'd think it'd be flavourful since the colour of the soup is so rich. If you drank some of the soup with the noodles there'd be more flavour that way. It was a good portion though so I wasn't left hungry or too full. The iced lemon tea come with a surcharge. I've had better. I think this one just didn't have enough of the sugar syrup for sweetness. -

Excellent food. I like the soya sauce chicken the most. The price is ok. The place is clean. The service is excellent. Tom yum soup is very delicious. My favourite restaurant in Richmond hill. Highly recommend. Don't forget to call them for reservation.

Would definitely recommend my friends to bring her family to Bali for dinner.
Many set dinner are quite nice.
We order Set for 4 tonight.
Grilled chicken and/or Hoi Nan Chicken are the Bali's signature dish.
